The urn is loaded from the back, via a panel which is secured by a screw. A glass lens covers the photo.

On May 18 2021 our Beloved little girl GIA had to be put to sleep. I found Mypetforlife and called the next day and spoke to Jim. From the start of our conversation to the end Jim displayed compassion, professionalism and walked me thru step by step to make sure I got exactly what Gia deserved. He contacted me on Friday last week saying he wasn’t happy the way the engraving came out and was redoing the urn. It arrived as scheduled and today my wife and I laid Gia in her final resting space which came out beautiful. Jim I can’t say it enough how pleased we are with Gia’s urn and again how much I want to thank you for helping thru a very horrible day. Your workmanship and compassion is outstanding.
